Façade systems
The iku® cleaning system fits three façade types: a cover-cap system for stick façades and refurbishments, structural glazing for flush glass, and unitised façades for high-rise towers. The same rails also carry a maintenance unit.
Cover-cap system
The wiper runs in a cover profile fixed over the mullions of a standard stick façade.

Structural glazing
For flush, frameless glass façades, with the cleaning hardware built in from the start.

Unitised façade
The wiper unit is integrated into prefabricated façade elements, ready for high-rise towers.
- One motor unit for every 60 to 80 m of system height
- Glass fitted mechanically without silicone and replaceable from inside
- Installed with the façade, no extra site work
Flexible façade maintenance unit
Uses the same rails to move replacement glass and carry out maintenance without a permanent BMU.
- Damaged glass changed from inside and moved to the right floor
- No costly building maintenance unit to install
- One façade company for façade, cleaning and maintenance
Concept
Integrated evacuation
A concept that adapts the façade rail system for civil defence use, including evacuation in a fire.
- Builds on the same rail and drive system
- Developed with civil defence use in mind
Guarantee and maintenance
The system carries a 10-year guarantee. Two-year warranty on moving parts, wear parts excluded. Extendable with a maintenance contract.
Yearly maintenance covers the control box, the motor and drive system, the wipers and the water system. A maintenance contract can include or exclude the exchange of spare parts.
